CA Pankaj Dalal - He is the founder of the Group. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has successfully completed practical training and has passed Information System Audit (ISA) examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully performed wide range of services/assignments. Since 1988 he has rich experience in all most all fields, to name a few, Auditing, Taxation Laws, Company Law, Capital Market, Corporate Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, and Insurance Advisory Services & Mutual Fund Investment Advisory Services.

He is a Certified Forensic Auditor (FAFD) and has completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD, ICAI)  He has also completed the Certificate Course of Concurrent Audit of Banks. He has also undergone the I. R. D.A. Approved & Certified Training for Life Insurance &Non Life Insurance Corporate Agents & AMFI Certified Mutual Fund Advisors Module. He was also SEBI Registered category IV Merchant Banker during the period October, 1994 to September; 1997.He heads the Management, Corporate Advisory & Tax Consultancy division of the group & he is administrative in charge of all operations & Policy decisions.

CA Vridhi Dalal - Practicing Chartered Accountant and an Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has successfully cleared the Information System Audit course of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD, ICAI) and Certificate Course of Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the institute.

She is young and enthusiastic team member having a strong academic background and goal to be one the leading corporate service provider. She is sincere, hardworking and believes in providing quality services without excuses.

Ms. Madhavi Dalal - She is the promoter & director of the madhuvridhi group of companies. A graduate from the Mumbai University she is charge of the administration of the group.
